We would like to introduce a case of custom solutions we have implemented. We have integrated a general-purpose label printer into the system, controlling the print content and the number of prints, achieving a three-in-one automation system that automatically affixes labels after writing. In the automatic programming system, when the number of device writes is specified at the start of the system operation, labels intended for identification are automatically printed in the specified quantity after the writing is completed and affixed to the written devices. As a result, the printing of the required number of labels from production information and the affixing of labels during the writing process are performed automatically, reducing operational errors and achieving process reduction and increased productivity.
